This October, Sergey Pogrebnoy, a member of SAFE UKRAINE 2030 Supervisory Board, spoke at the meeting of the management of ASIS Ukraine in which he holds the position of Vice President.
ASIS Ukraine is a Ukrainian chapter of the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS), which focuses on industry standards, specialised training, and certification to improve security worldwide.
During his presentation, Sergey Pogrebnoy presented FUND “SAFE UKRAINE 2030” to his colleagues as a unique platform for non-profit organisations involved in Ukraine's reconstruction and security development.
"Security is not only a public good and a service of the state or private companies, but also an important part of social responsibility," said Mr. Pogrebnoy, "and the mission of our platform is to create opportunities for everyone who respects Ukraine's independence to take part in developing a secure state."
The meeting participants also welcomed the news that Peter J. O'Neil, Chief Executive Officer of ASIS International, and Erik de Vries, Chairman of the Regional Board of Directors of ASIS Europe, have joined SAFE UKRAINE 2030 Supervisory Board.
