The Fund “Safe Ukraine 2030” team cordially invites you to an online presentation of a legal and analytical report analyzing and assessing judicial practices related to the criminal prosecution of those responsible for war crimes and collaboration. The presentation will also cover recommendations developed to assist national criminal justice institutions in shaping prosecution strategies for individuals involved in war crimes and collaboration, along with guidance for judicial handling of such cases.
The report presentation and recommendations are aimed at officials from relevant government bodies, human rights defenders, and other stakeholders involved in the investigation and judicial review of war crimes, collaboration cases, and those responsible for enhancing legislation in this field.
This research has been conducted as part of the “Analysis and Assessment of Judicial Practices in War Crimes and Collaboration Cases” project, which is funded by the International Renaissance Foundation.
