The first meeting of the Supervisory Board of Fund“Safe Ukraine 2030”, at which important organisational and strategic decisions were made, was held in Kyiv. . The Supervisory Board by its majority of votes has elected Volodymyr Sayenko its Chairman. Also, Safe Ukraine 2030 Supervisory Board approved the Development Strategy. In particular, the following strategic directions of activities of Safe Ukraine 2030 were determined :
National security of Ukraine: research, analytics and security-related forecasting, planning and strategic designing of the security sphere, strengthening of the national security sector.
Justice and security sector: preparing and implementing reforms in justice sector, monitoring justice and security reforms, building a democratic, reliable justice system, strengthening public control.
Public and corporate security: practical measures to enhance public safety, security awareness and training; promotion of security and justice.
"To achieve its strategic goals, Fund “Safe Ukraine 2030” plans to actively involve new experts in the sphere of state, economic, corporate and other types of security. Besides, cooperation with the Government of Ukrainian, international organisations, donor and non-governmental foundations must synergize our efforts“ the Chairman of Safe Ukraine 2030 Supervisory Board Volodymyr Sayenko noted. “It will help us to develop and offer the most effective and comprehensive solutions for sustainable development of all spheres of the national security, its citizens and business.".
As it was reported earlier, Fund “Safe Ukraine 2030” has been established in Ukraine. Its goal is to develop Ukraine as a safe state, despite all the external and internal challenges. For this purpose, FUND “SAFE UKRAINE 2030” accumulates the efforts of Ukrainian civil society, leading Ukrainian and international experts, foreign stakeholders who are interested in creating a safe environment in Ukraine. Currently, over 50 specialists in justice and 34 areas of security – military, public, economic, ecological, digital and others – have been cooperating with the Fund. Founders and experts of FUND “SAFE UKRAINE 2030” have implemented over 120 projects and initiatives in multiple areas of security management.
